Celia Lashlie Trust

In June 2015, Celia was the runaway winner of a public vote to determine the most deserving New Zealander to join the illustrious faces in the national portrait collection.   

 

Members of the public were asked to vote for a face to fill the Who's Missing? gap on the walls of the gallery.

A dear friend of Celia's, Heather Main, was commissioned to paint the portrait and she created a sound portrait too - which you can access here.
